I wonder whether that is true, or just a perception loosely based on current events. My recollection is that one of the first hijackings was by a guy in the Pacific Northwest who parachuted out of the plane and was never caught; I don't recall him being an Arab. Timothy McVeigh wasn't an Arab. Nor were those involved in Northern Ireland. The Japanese subway incident didn't involve Arabs. The Unibomber wasn't an Arab.

If you have statistics, I'd be interested in seeing them.

Hey McD...while we are all attacking/defending the Muslims of this country HPQ is heading north....

I'm not sure about the Muslim threat to this country....but I can tell you that some terrorist has attacked my portfolio. He got past all the security check points (FA and TA), and detonated him self while I was doing postings of a political nature....-:)

Friday will be an up day according to N. Fosbeck author of Stock Market Logic. Chapter 44 .,..Seasonality trading ...the day prior to major holidays is almost always a winner.
