The deal with sweetheart may save them....but there is little money coming in and none for the long run.
Obviously they just dove into the dirt with the classic May Not Be Able To Continue As A Going Concern....
it was a great gamble to take to buy then....right now I am waiting to see what will come of the lastest companies going with them and see if they can pull off survival

The company has had trouble producing the product on an assembly line in any great volume so they can't ramp up with Mc Donalds This Sweet heart deal will take the 3.5 M they had planned on using foe equipment and put it back into running the company Basically collecting roalty checks. I think it will be a hugh home run in due time
