Let me propose you a couple questions.

My company forbids me to post on bulletin boards on the subject of my company. It also forbids me to access the web from company property except for company business.

Do you think Tim T was performing 'company business'?

Are Intel employees posting every day to SI threads from their work locations performing 'company business'?
