I understand. All I believe Jon Koplik was observing was, and I am paraphrasing, that
if the service revenues as reported were correct, but the number of subscribers was
overstated, then the actual ARPU was higher than was calculated before the number of
subscribers was corrected downwards. This in no way conflicts with your comments
about the fraud costs..
