his past has no bearing on this particular incident. the point people are making is that if he is guilty here then almost every exec on ws is as well. how many times was he right about companies being criminal and how many of them went to 0? If his abrasive tone bothers you then put him on ignore or turn off you computer and go play with your boyfriend.
