If A@P is smart -- he will claim he had no idea the information obtained by the FBI agents was "inside information".

He should also be able to claim that an FBI agent does not qualify as "an insider", nor that he had any reason to suspect the FBI agent was considered an insider.

The FBI agents could be in real trouble though ...... misuse of investigative information for personal gain ...... uh oh .....
