No, it just may not take place at once and not today, maybe tomorrow in the afternoon it may start. Don't count on it, usually one sees some islands of strength before such a bounce starts, I don't see any. With the withdrawal of the deployment and the loss of MAXF this morning, I am above 80% cash.
