You ignore the fact that Microsoft has not committed to ever produce an OS for the Hamster. MS only agreed to collaborate with AMD, presumably as a payoff for Jerry's whoring testimony at the remedy trial.

Jerry demonstrated that he went down on his knees for MS when he acknowledged that he did not read the proposed state remedy but he was against it because the MS lawyers prepared him that way.
