Good question: none, except those offered by commercial providers.

None else is needed.

Why? Because it is the effect will be to provide unexpected level of uncertainty, as well as provide a huge direct consumer link between policy and profit. It's the implications that make it demand full and immediate attention of stakeholders, particularly Saudis and other oil-producing terrorist-supporting countries and companies.

It is simple. Not easy, but simple.
Much action will suddently take place overseas when, and if, the choice is offered at the pump.

It doesn't matter if a fraction is affected, like Xmas cards, "it's the thought that counts", since the implications are enormous. A motivated consumer base can change buying habits and behavior, and affect politics, which hasn't been done before at this level, so will take everyone by surprise.

If it happens.
