milo, interesting post, but I don't think there's a prayer of a chance for demand for 10M tbreds in Q4. Everyone will want Hammers, and AMD will only be able to make about a million of them. (Yes, I'm much more optimistic than Wenh99's 100K.) There won't be more than 6M tbreds plus maybe 1-2M Palominos and Durons left over from Q3.

The hobbyist market is just not going to get that excited about the tbred when the Clawhammer is waiting in the wings. It's very good that they are planning a solid launch with excellent 3rd party support, because the demand will be large and instant.

Also the notebook number of 2M is way too high, IMO.
