Personally I do not think the guy is totally bad or anything, but he seems to have this bad habit of getting himself in a heap O' trouble.... <sad grin> Once people get into bad habits, it is extremely hard to break them, so I am a bit pessimistic about his future prospects....

don't write him off so easily. He has plenty of friends, and if needed plenty of money available to him for legal counsel. He has done the same for others, unadvertised naturally, and they will return the help without a doubt if asked.
