In the past 4 years I have voluntarily aided the US Dept of Justice,IRS, FBI,US Postal Inspectors, the SEC, the NASD, The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, 4 Different Police agencies around the United States, in identifying and uncovering abuses in the marketplace. I have testified for the SEC in Federal Court and have aided Regulators and Civil and Criminal Law Enforcement agencies. I have been featured in Forbes, BusinessWeek, The Denver Post , The Orange County Register, The New York Time, The WallStreet Journal, Investors Business daily,KDIF Radio, Barron's, and almost every other major Financial periodical.I have been intervied by ABC's Chief Investigative Correspondant, Brian Ross, as an Expert,for ABC's show 20/20, Where I described my insights into fraud and organized criminal activity on WallStreet. I did another show for ABC's Justice files which aired last month and I have another TV show airing in December also on the Justice Files.. As this work continues I am devoting more and more time to my own investing strategies and although I will help anyone at anytime uncover a scam or explain how they work, I am spending an increasing amount of time to this forum with the idea that not only can you be a good guy but that you can earn a living being a good guy, and on the backs of bad guys..What a concept!! To kill this thread , everyone just needs to stop posting for 7 days and it will die.. I make no apologies for what I do and if it makes you uncomfortable,, then some serious soul searching is in order..As long as the majority of people want me to do this ..I will..If im wasting my time please do me and everone a favor and let me know that too..Some opinions count more than others but if at any point I percieve that there is no real demand for my work..than rest assured I'll quit..and save myself alot of work and time..doing what I absolutely do not need to do ..It doesnt put one cent in my pocket doing this if anything it takes money out.. By doing this I increase awareness of crappy stocks and potentially increase the short interest and in doing so I create bigger squeezes and more volatility but these things are so bad..I like the squeezes..In addition when the stocks do come down all the other shorts are my competition as we all try to buy back our stock to book our gains.. In closing..I take big positions in evereything I talk about and I try to tell everyone exactly what Im doing and give them a glimpse of the reasoning behind my picks..
