Actually Gov. Ryan is a RINO, we'd have gotten a more conservative governor with the democrat Poshard. Ryan's from Kankakee which is darn near a Chicago suburb.

Now he's mucked a lot of things up with his bait and switch tax policies, tax more for roads and spend it on gay rights, and he knew he'd only have one term. Odd though he's being nailed on the license deal. I really don't think he knew what was going on there.
