As a practical matter there is all the government that money can buy available in the U.S. today. I would not be surprised to see either a genuine case against Anthony or for the entire affair to blow up and blow over as we see the Justice Department used as a tool by special interests.

Either course would insure that Anthony was kept busy with the litigation for months or years and this might serve to keep him out of the hair of those who find him a threat.

Yes, innocent til proven guilty, but this joker is a CONVICTED FELON WHO HAS DONE TIME FOR FRAUD in the past. Prediction: He will be making little rocks out of big rocks for quite a while. Somehow he Anthony the Clown has hoodwinked a large number of people into thinking he is one of the Good Guys. He is not. He is a recidivist Charlatan and a cheat.
