How's this Franky: Tom Siebel will "approximately" destroy SEBL shareholders value for his personal gain. You are getting hung up on semantics rather looking at the real issue. Do the trees sometimes get in your way when you are looking for the forest? Or in this case - the forest is on fire and you don't care because someone told you that approximately 50% of the forest was gone when in fact it was only 42%. The simple fact is Tom Siebel is dumping the stock in mass. If you can't acknowledge that simple fact, I have a bridge that I'd like to sell you. My ownership in the bridge is approximately 50%.
