I want to see honesty and penalties for white collar crooks who actually make street hoodlums look good. As soon as the white collar boyz start ending up in prison for massive stealing, it will begin to end. As there is in the stupid drug "war", make the penalty fit the crime. Fixed penalties for the AMOUNT OF MONEY involved.... Anything over a Million..... Minumun 1 Year. Anything to $5 million ... Minumun 2 Years. Anthing over, let's says $50 million....minumum TWENTY YEARS.... and finally Anything over a Billion...LIFE IMPRISONMENT...... mmmmmmmmmm CC
