Hi Kevin,

Imagine my surprise yesterday, sitting at home after returning from my honeymoon, and watching CNBC for the first time in years (my regular job interferes with my CNBC time) and hearing that Tony Elgindy was in jail. Talk about weird timing. I about fell out of my chair. I guess all those threats to use his FBI contacts (to thwart his detractors) finally came back to bite him.

I haven't posted on this thread in a long time, and don't really have an opinion about this one way or the other. We have seen civil suits against SI members, but I don't recall a criminal case (but I have a short memory).
