Hi levy....Any idea of where the other "merger" brokerage Morgan Stanley stands in this????

How have you been, anyhow? (Even if it is OT....this board was all over the map anyhow...., and now, thanks to a certain CEO, it is really splattered on the wall....)

Merrill was very quick to point out that they admitted no wrong doing. They were merely complying with the NY District Attorney's office.

Merrill said this in response to the questions raised concerning shareholders loss in various companies they represented and recommended...INSP for one.

It sounds like they are running scared because of the many personal law suits that might be coming their way.

So much for their analysts group trips around the world for the most stock sold to suckers.
