NO.... I'm talking about criminal behavior..... Those that steal and cheat and connive and rig the books to be convicted of White Collar Crimes....you know....the kind we're gonna get a bunch of from Enron.... But gee.....feeling real sorry for the crooks when they have to sell their house in Aspen, while collecting the monies from the offshore accounts, that just doesn't deter ANYONE....if anything it's incentive! Those that are convicted of embezzeling, defrauding, stealing what EVER should be subject to the same type of manditory penalties that they unfairly and racialize like drug laws. Sell a pound do 5 years. Defraud people of $5 million ....do 5 years. Conive to destroy a states economy of billions.....you're GONE! and enjoy your new roomie at San Quentin sweetheart simple stuff CC
