I feel sorry for you. I suspect as the media pounces on this story, your name is going to be dragged into this mess just for background purposes. You will probably end up with media camped out at your door step sooner or later ;-)

A few people who were associated with A@P made pretty strong efforts to distance themselves publicly. I keep imagining a collective sigh of relief on their part.
