Well hell Shell. This is a real catch. Mr Big Mouth Anthony@ going down the gurgler.

No show without Punch; I had to put in an appearance to celebrate. This is why I like investing in the USA. They send criminals to gaol and even execute some of the violent ones who wantonly murder. What's amazing is that despite people knowing that [and Anthony@ had already served a gaol sentence] many find the temptation to indulge their criminal minds too much to resist.

What is fascinating about Anthony@ is the following of naive people he garnered in Silicon Investor. It is not surprising that Osama can get a crowd on his side too. There must be plenty of scope for the next Hitler to get the moronic mob shouting Sieg Heil.

Initially I was reading the charges and thought it was trivial technicality, then:

<13. As part of the corrupt inducement to the defendant
JEFFREY A. ROYER, the defendant DERRICK W. CLEVELAND wired funds
to ROYER, while ROYER was an FBI Special Agent, in the following
amounts on the following dates: (1) $8,500 on November 28, 2000;
(2) $5,000 on January 30, 2001; (3) $9,925 on May 22, 2001; and
(4) $7,000 on May 31, 2001. These payments were not reported to
the FBI.
14. The defendants AMR I. ELGINDY and DERRICK W.
CLEVELAND, together with others, used the confidential law
enforcement information that they obtained from the defendant
JEFFREY A. ROYER in order to make decisions whether to buy, hold
>

Deliberately destroying the USA system of justice is pretty bad in the way of crime. It deserves many years of gaol [personally, I think execution would be better - as well as saving costs of imprisonment it would tend to dissuade like-minded criminals from destruction of the community they live in].

This wasn't victimless technical crime. This was bribery and corruption on a large scale. Paying an FBI agent to break the law. Extortion and other stuff also alleged.

Good riddance and congratulations to the USA.

Hmmm, I've just clicked to see Anthony@'s last post and there aren't any. I guess SI has deep-sixed the whole lot for some reason or maybe some other reason. I hope they haven't destroyed evidence. That would be a mistake.

PS: What did Daniel do?

Mmmary, if you are reading this, I hope you didn't accept any of those shares those companies offered you to go away ... if so, maybe you should turn yourself in and plead temporary insanity. Get some cult deprogramming treatment for your Anthony@ idolatory too.

Not quite SJB, but that has to be a Thread Moron instant classic, eh?

Young Daniel sent me a very terse private message back when he first saw that Jimmy Fetus interview my cOUSIN did.

Dan DEMANDED I remove the piece from the Internet!

I was polite in my response to him. I just asked if he could point out anywhere where his name was mentioned. Then I suggested to him that I would change Jimmy Fetus to Daniel Miller if he sent me another Private Message.
