The guy has a bad kidney, travels on camel and we have the best equipment and 100x as many troops there...and we cant find him?

He's probably dead --- blown to bits, or buried under debris of rocks in a cave or tunnel as a result of relentless bombing. Or, as he was reputed to be so fond of goats and mules, he might have become an "ignored" goatherd or a muledriver.

Could stir up a lot of negative sentiment when we have the holiest of martyrs in our possession, that is if it comes to pass and he is paraded around DC like a captured donkey .
