There was also trading floor "talk" of a McAfee-MSFT collaboration on competing products which contributed yesterday.

In other words nothing company specific. And overall the problems they try to prevent are getting worth, meaning that the need to use their protectiv services increases.
I also think that their fireball software is very important because if you can shield your PC from unwanted incomming stuff you also get additional protection. But that probabely is the reason why the trouble makers use the e-mail as entry. Fred
