Ron, I consider that a garbage dump on politicians article. It's a waste of time. Any person who says they should have connected the dots is a process retard, a fool and idiot.

Now you want to read a non event article LOL...
washingtonpost.com
This is quite detailed report on the LOL Secret Testimony before Congress..

FBI Memo Author Did Not Envision Sept. 11

First what do I think of this agent. I'd guess he's a good, honest, competent hard working American and the above article accurately reports what really happened.

He wrote an Oh By The Way routine memo in his own mind.

But let's give the stupid lefty loons a helping hand to turn this into more conspiracy.

Let's make all the vacant liberal lefty loon allegations.
In reality, if any person foresaw 911 they would have done anything, even if they sacrificed their jobs, or career or lives. So let's make the Agent a lazy, cowardly civil servant serving the corrupt Bush Administration. Thus he had to lie to congress to protect his jobs because what kind of dirtbag FBI agent would allow 3000 Americans to be killed. So it is so easy to spin this into just more coverup.

I figured this spin may be to complex for vacant liberal minded lefty loons to figure out so I spelled it so they can continued their mindless whatever LOL....

"Simply because bureaucracies are self-serving entities that are not responsible to anyone who really cares."

Thanks Ron, good essay. This is what I've been responding to numerous issues with, since it's clear that no one is in charge, and Americans are the paying patsies. Opportunists, meanwhile, loot the treasury, make business and political deals, regardless of the death toll involved. Conspiracy theories abound, some of which are no doubt true, since this gov't is a playground operating under cover of "national security" which is exactly the opposite.

"Republican and Democratic heads should roll, and the bigger the heads, the better. Not because of the failure to properly respond to a single briefing, but because of our disastrous 100-year-old foreign policy and because a government that cannot protect us--and often prevents us from protecting ourselves--insists on pointlessly meddling into obscure disputes in far corners of the globe and making unnecessary enemies in conflicts in which average Americans haven’t the slightest interest.

"Institutions should roll, too, because the modern state, by its very nature, is incompetent, self-serving, mendacious, unresponsive, irresponsible, provocative, bellicose, and deadly. Above all, it is unaccountable."

Hi RON,

Thank you for directing me to that essay. I agree wholeheartedly with the opinions of the author. Which surprised me, because the last Mises.org essayist I read got me so mad I had to email him to correct his naivete.

Mr. Ostrowski is a clear thinker and should be commended for speaking the truth about the sorry mess we have in Washington.

All the best, Ray

I'm reminded of the intersection nobody can get a traffic light at until somebody gets killed. Truthfully though, there was no way to fix airport security prior to a major disaster.
