Nevertheless, Ireland is Catholic. I think even Catholic nations have entered the 20th century, and some even the 21st.-g-

Ireland and Italy are Catholic. Don't confuse anti-clericalism with being not-Catholic.

The great changes in Ireland are due to the country's unswerving dedication to education and a reasonable tax regime.
