personally i think tony's fecked... i have read the complaint, i do think he did these things, and i do think the evidence will crush him... although maybe he'll be able to rat his way out of jail as he has in the past...

elgindy has never been an "honest" guy, mostly a guy that has gone to extremes to make himself look powerful and important... a guy that will, would and did screw anyone if it benefited him financially... you may recall the book "Scam Dogs and Momo Mammas" and the story of his own mother suing him because elgindy screwed her on some scam investments....

i have found elgindy to be an amusing and charming guy at times, but never a trustworthy guy. i think he screwed many of his sheeple site members by herding them to benefit his account, and i know personally he screwed many people he led to believe were his friends... just ask bear...

i'm hearing he won't make bail, that he violated probation and that he's a flight risk therefore he's likely in jail for a while... who knows if any of that's true, but that's what i hear... i feel for his kids, but at the same time i'm angry...

once again elgindy has tarnished the reputations of honest shortsellers by making shortselling look like criminal behavior... this business is hard enough without elgindy constantly giving it a black eye...
