If convicted of all counts, Royer and Elgindy could receive 65 years in prison. Wingate faces up to 45 years in prison if convicted, and the other defendants, Cleveland and Troy Peters, each could be given 40-year prison terms.

Holly molly f####! there is no way he deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail. 65 years is way excessive. I can see 10 to 20 years max, but not 65 years; unless of course the whole Wall street scumbag analysts who touted internet bubbles joint him as well. :)

Now I feel sorry for his wife and kids. Looks like their world just got turned upside down.

D-man, take it from "utha" a man of the "street"! Anthony was, is and always will be a scam artist. It's what he was taught growing up. You don't become that way all of a sudden. It's what you are taught just like the young palestinians are being taught and the Nazi young were taught! And nothing, not even jailtime will change him. His values are set in place. Yes A&P was a good trader but he even says he was taught at Bear stearns brokerage how to get rid of useless inventory to poor stupid investors who trusted the brokerage house! These are pure unadulterated crooks and to give him or anyone like him some credit for anything is beyond intelligence. He is one of the followers of wallstreet so don't get caught up in him trying to change or expose wall street. He was getting inside info and extorting shares from companies and screwing anyone that he could. He didn't give a crap about anyone let alone the poor kids in the middle east! Pulease! ;>)))!!!

Dai,

Your in Disneyland. A crook is a crook. Of course he is good. I would be good too if someone gave me inside info also. This guy is garbage. He cost a lot of folks money. Real money. He is a maggot. He feeds off of everyone else. And the sorry thing about it is that he was in cahoots with the ones that are to protect us. As far as I am concerned, he falls in the same catagory as a spy who would sell out his country for a few bucks.
