no one ever offered me any either. the indictment seems to indicate that tony initiated contact to receive shares with penalties if not adhered to and promises if it was. thus extortion. this of course is alleged. i have met many penny pumpers that claim to get companies to give them free shares by making promises to try and help the stock price. But none that got them thru threats or promises of "protection" from shorts. most of em just sell the garbage paper as soon as they get it anyway. They unfortunatly learned not to tell me what companies were giving them free shares any longer. Didn't want any competition while they were trying to sell. Especially from a non-owner like me.
