We've been down this path before. Haliburton sold equip to a European and U.N. controlled organization that installed some of it in Iraq. Haliburton recalled parts and cancelled contract when it discovered where it was going, even though it did not violate the sanctions. Old territory, but guys like Duray just make it up as they go...
