Just hit Acrobat Reader's "print" button (upper left corner of your screen) or
select "print" from Internet Explorer's File menu.

Frank, as BD said in his post, just save the file to your disk. Even better, there are two icons at the bottom. The one on the left is the full color slides. The icon on the right is black & white, better for printing and reading.
