Hey Matt, do you realize that over the last 2 years discussing the A@P case and everything else relevent to it, that I have amassed an incredibly large phone bill!!!. I want restitution!! :) Just a thought for open discussion: Even though judgment was awarded in our/your claims, it seems collecting on it will be very difficult. if all his gains were deemed to be aquired through illegal means does that mean that collecting on the judgment will never happen?, and if so can the claims that were washed be re- assessed or introduced in a new trial..? You know my legal background is limited to what I have learned from you these past years, but thought opinion or discussion in understanding your countries legal system could help me better understand. btw, I need a better L.D. carrier to CA, I'm not kidding , I was just curious and was kinda stunned at those bills LOL
