The government defines guilt. When convicted, they are guilty. Also, they might be guilty even if the government decides they weren't [legally - for want of evidence for example]. I guess you are one of the rabid Anthony@ cult members. With Anthony@ in gaol, you'll have to find another cult to follow. There are plenty. Osama's looking for members.
