Is there any damage done when a company insider trades on privy information? Probably not... but still illegal. Who gets hurt if a company officer tells his mistress to buy some stock in XYZ cause his company is getting ready to buy them out? Anyway, aren't you glad you weren't in Tony's inner circle?
