Nonsense. 1.9% indicates no fear. The punters think this thing is going to be put off until after monsoon season. If ever. What is going on at the border now is mere sabre rattling. Nothing more. Like the standoff between King George and his nemesis Saddam, this pseudo-struggle is meant to go on for a long time for public consumption.
