Dear G_T,

For one of the very rare occasions, I think that this time you are right. PAAS stock price is ahead of itself and overvalued (for now). But that is the only thig you are right on.

Most gold and silver plays are.. and this is caused by investors demand. Gold and silver are tiny markets and there is a large number of new investors contemplating an entry in these markets. And as you know, the choices are very limited, especially in the silver market.

I will not try to convince you that PAAS made a smart move by acquiring BAY since you do not understand BAY in the first place and do not believe that the story is genuine.

But PAAS made a smart move. BAY is now slightly overvalued because PAAS is overvalued. And both are vulnerable to a set back in silver prices. But both are also explosive situation if this silver rally continue.

And the fact remains (no matter what you think) that PAAS is acquire a project that will have great cashflows even at silver $4.50. This is exactly what they needed to finance future projects and limit future dilution.
