GS Goldman Sachs sued by eToys (79.17)
Reuters reports that bankrupt internet company eToys is suing Goldman Sachs for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, claiming that GS intentionally underpriced its IPO in return for kickbacks from its customers. Though individual lawsuits regarding internet IPOs are common and an SEC investigation into these IPOs is ongoing, this appears to be one of the first cases in which the company that was taken public is suing its investment banker.

Nah, no fraud on Wall Street !!!
