<1) Of course I'm right: I was quoting BEATY who said his own stock--POST BAY-- acquisition was over valued.>

Just because the interview was after the BAY acquisition doesn't mean that he implied that his stocks was overvalued with the BAY acquisition... the above conclusion is one of your twisted mind.

<) I understand perfectly the "BAY" deposit...we just have different understandings>

You have proven so many times that you do not understand that deposit. You do not understand:

- how they can have reserves with 80 holes or so.
- that the ore they have is mostly exides with very good recovery specifics..
- the distribution of the silver in the deposit which will allow very early cash flows and very high IRR.
-the enormous very high grade ($150/ton silver value) underground potential...

<This Alamo D. deposit will NOT more produce silver profitably at $4.50 silver ..You will NOT change my mind on this. >

That shows again how stubburn you are. But the facts are there. The cost is $1.50/ounce for the first 30-35 Millions ounces. If you are so right... prove that this is not true with numbers.

<3) You do not play nor understand producers.>

False. Our best performers were two producers: GLG and RIC, both good for 400-500% since we (and our friends) got in.

<4) You have NEVER been flattering nor a fan of PAAS>

True. Because they had no project that could be economic at $4.50 and because PAAS didn't have a good balance sheet. I said that many times. But now, PAAS has strenghen its balance sheet in the last few months and acquire a quality project.

Only idiots do not change their minds. I am not an idiot, so I am allowed to change my mind.

<5) Silver producers are not your forte'...neither are gold PRODUCERS your forte'... Your game is E&D/Pump & Dump>

Statements like this show to all who you really are, a person who never change his mind.
