Vet, you are clearly upset (and that's fine), but don't be too sure that others reading this thread haven't taken your advice.

You said:
"Did you buy then? Did anyone on this thread buy then? So why do you say you would buy on a pull back? I am not interested in "talking my book". I just wanted to give everyone a timely heads up so they could make a few bucks."

You are to be commended for your posts. I feel very strongly that you only post when you think there is a good R/R. And you were clearly right about DROOY when it was $2+ and right about choosing HGMCY. I was only reiterating the other day that I thought YOUR HGMCY was the best of the bunch to buy on a pullback. I thought I was giving you a compliment and appreciated your post on the DD you supplied on why the South African gold stocks were cheaper than they appeared.

As to why you might have been ignored (or felt you were) with your picks, I'd say this. It's the fact that most investors are in love with tech and don't know the meaning of the word "diversification". Techs, being among the most volatile stocks, are often attractive to daytraders for that very reason. Good to short, good to go long with, they feel. Also many like me (unfortunately) didn't take gold seriously enough because of their performance relative to other sectors in the 90's and because I got "taken to the cleaners" in the 80's buying penny stocks recommended by a couple brokers. Because of my internal bias and unwillingness to change, I lost an opportunity for a nice gain. You weren't being ignored by me. I knew you were probably right, but was stupidly unwilling to change.

However, at least my diversifcation into stocks like ORB (up 35% in the last couple weeks) and AKLM (up 20% in 24 hours) have gotten me through nicely. BTW --- few were listening to me either or at least few chose to disclose they bought ORB at $5.65 when I posted about it.
