Yes, but Las Cristinas can't stand on it's own either so eventually a deal will have to be made. It's obvious that they will have to be combined. If CVG want a mine that have to deal with GLDR or they can't have Brias which is over 40% of the combined deal... The ownership of the rights issue which was the real problem is now dead. CVG owns Las Cristinas 100% and Gold Reserve owns Brias 100%. Now all they need to do is agree on how to achieve a result which both parties want and need... It's a no brainer IMHO...
