actually, low premiums means you can buy cheap puts. IMO, option sellers have the advantage. So, if puts are cheap relative to calls that would imply an expected up move.

I have weak reversals on some stocks which float with the market (in general). I'm guessing it's short covering all the way to the bottom. I'm guessing we'll float along with individual stocks being taken behind the woodshed one at a time untill there's nothing left to do but buy.
