Maybe they should have concentrated on Opteron more and and less on SOI an LowK. This is just like your post last night. What do you mean concentrate more on opteron and less on process? Do you send the process people home or just transfer them to the design team? So if SOI and lowK are holding up the transition to Opteron then yes, they were short sighted. SOI, lowK and design validation. Another "hail Mary" where Jerry bets the farm. This time if all the stars don't align perfectly then it's lights out for AMD... BTW, the process disasters they've experienced over the last 6-9 months don't seem like proper star alignment to me... No wonder their stock chart looks like a yo yo. So play the yo-yo effect... Buy low... sell ..h.h.h.. oh well, I'll just let you figure it out for yourself... EP
