Considering that EVERY dime ever appropriated to HUD has been not only illegal, but a 100% waste, I'd say that agency has the record-with HHS second, for the same reasons...

It is, however a perfect example, along with HHS, of why I say that government is a thousand Enrons, never being destroyed by free markets or otherwise being held accountable, and that yesterday's frauds become today's accepted status quo. You talk like HUD and HHS belong in the federal budget, and that they must always be there. The idea that these socialist frauds should have their very existence disputed is "extremist" to you. Thus yesterday's frauds = today's status quo, as long as it is the taxpayers being robbed to pay for them...
