No more so than recognizing that I could be involved in a car crash. It is merely realistic. As I said, no one anticipated a tidal wave of suicide bombings in Israel, so who can say with certainty?

Oh, another thing. I used to live next door to the Naval Academy. I am still only about 5 or 10 minutes from it, and about the same to a naval base which does R&D, and also has antennae vital to strategic communications with subs. My wife takes public transportation part of the way into Washington, and works near an important part of the District, near many embassies and cultural institutions. She often has had meetings in the vicinity of the White House. I live with the possibility of a suicide bomber hurting me or my family every day, since the attacks of September 11th. That is reality.......
