That's true. Don't they need a translator anyway. If Bush's reply were something such as: Stop it or we'll nuke YOU, then the translator could quickly turn and say, NO, say something else. BTW where were cheney and ashcroft.

OTOH, it could be that since Bush is abroad it made more sense for Powell to do the calling from a secure location in DC. But then, it is so much more fun for pinheads to bash the President while he is entering into an significant arms control reduction agreement instead of thinking of these things, isn't it, pinhead??
