FWIW he made good calls before he met FBI

I actually don't even think the quality of his calls improved in 2000 or 2001 when he knew the FBI guy but I haven't looked at every single call.

I also think that if the government has negative information about a public company or its management, the public has the right to know. Look at the law about sex offenders, Megan's Law? If you're going to live in an area with a sex offender, you have the right to know. If you're going to invest in an arena with con men, convicted felons, you should have the right to know. If finding out honest negative information about a company or its management causes the stock price to go down, that value was never real in the first place.

Again, if he's guilty then he should pay for his crime. Time will tell.
