Re: a service called "Tax Pack Express". This seems to be a unit of the Post Office.

This would be a brilliant solution to the fiscal woes of the US Post Office. Therefore, we will never do it!

I'd guess that since Albany, NY is within a bike ride from Troy....and it is the capitol of the empire state (with all the wonderful baggage that that entails)...there will probably be some pretty shrewd tax attorneys in the area.<g>
