Computer sales are rising continuously. The ASP's are dropping, so the revenue doesn't grow as fast as the unit growth. I don't know how much these cut-rate dealers are selling in the network arena if CSCO's margins went up as drastically as they did, even though most of it was through cost reduction. You'd have to figure if product and service margin was decreasing due to the black market sales, the margins wouldn't have increased so disproportionately.
