Yousef, Re: "Intel's Waking Nightmare: Excess Processing Power"

Yousef you obviously didn't even bother to read the article before you made the assertion "This is just more validation that INTC has once again taken the performance crown."

From the article: "By the way, my dual processor Athlon motherboard configured with 2 Athlon 1800 XPs cost me a total of $455, and it is absolutely as solid as a rock. It easily outperforms a dual Xeon processor/boardset, which costs a minimum of $1500."

You are just another desperate Intel fan who spouts worthless nonsense. Before you call me Amdroid, I reiterate that I haven't owned AMD for about a year now.
Get real.

Make you go away,
Ed

Re: "Intel's Waking Nightmare: Excess Processing Power"

This is just more validation that INTC has once again taken the performance crown. This issue always comes up on this thread when AMD falls behind ... Wonder why ??!! <ggg>

Yousef, the thread didn't bring it up........Fleck did. And I see both AMD and Intel tarred with the same brush. After all, Hammer will be out later this year.

BTW did you know AMD is now the 14th largest chip maker in the world. Quite a comeback from the days when your AMD shorts got a little squishy.
