Not where I am located in Lake Forest Park, north of Seattle. If I erected a 50' tower I might be able to see many of the houses in the area but even then trees would obscure a direct line of sight to many. That is why you don't see WISPs operating in most of the suburbs around Seattle - just too costly. There are several WISPs operating in other areas of the state, such as western Washington or in relatively flat areas.
