<<But a judge disregarded that contention and the adviser's lawyer called the allegation ludicrous.>> whatever he is guilty of, and seems like a good deal.
The 9/11 chart is prosecutorial smear, imo.
Here is a repost of mine.
<<
regards the charge he had pre-knowledge of 9/11 simply based on his having his childrens' 300,000 dollar trust fund liquidated doesn't wash if one looks at what the market was doing BEFORE 9/11, it was in free fall.
There were a lot of bears at very bearish intensity levels BEFORE 9/11(me included and i remain convinced we will see levels lower than occurred on 9/21, in time)
So on that particular charge i find him NOT guilty on the basis of no evidence.
His remark about 3000 would be commonplace remark for Anthony.
There is ONLY one possible way he could have known of 9/11 ahead of time and that possibility would lead to a scandal that would shake this country to it's roots, that such a warning came via a tip from someone or ones inside the FBI. I regard this as , again, without any evidence.
But the single worst charge that i will have to wait on is did he or did he not racketeer by black-mailing companies to pay him for his silence.
If he is guilty of that, Anthony/Amar Elgindy would be on the level of CIA Agent Hansen, a conscienceless double agent that just thrilled in the game, and cared nothing except for the game, and the riches it provided him.>>
